WORK SCOPE:
- Developing the Tekla Model showing detail for the Connections, Gratings, Ladder, handrails etc.,
- Preparation of the marking plan, making shop drawings for all elements including beams, Columns, base plates, bracing, handrail, ladder, bolt schedule, MTO etc.
- Drawings prepared using Tekla software in A1 size.
- Quality check being performed while, preparing shop / Erection drawing.
- Reports submitted in Excel format as per the requirements at the time of submittal of each module or structure.

Client: L&T, Baroda
WORK SCOPE:
- Preparation of detail structural Fabrication drawings and erection Mark Up drawings for structures, handrail, ladder, stair, etc. using TEKLA software for Pipe Rack, sheds / shelters
- / Operating Structures / Technological structure and Equipment Mounted Platforms.
- Issue of MTO for steel members including cut length, plates, bolts, nuts, washers, handrail, ladder, safety gates and safety cages etc. complete for procurement.
- Providing detail TEKLA model as well as NC, if required and DXF Data Files to facilitate smooth fabrication work using CNC machines at the shop.
- Prepare detail modelling of the Handrail & Ladder for necessary fabrication drawing preparation.
- To provide TEKLA model neutral file back to Engineering in totality for engineering to reimport the model.
